Holiday Hours 2009
Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, December 24 and 25. We will also be closed Friday, January 1, 2010. As always, our 24-hour on-call service will be available. Just call the regular office line (651) 770-4300 and choose option 2. This will be routed to our on-call service, which will contact the person on call to handle your emergency.
Also, you should note that we have a lot of employees taking time off this time of year, so we will be a little short staffed until January 4, 2010. Please note that we prioritize our support work by severity level, priorities and current workload. Usually this equates to:
- Bugs that need immediate attention
- Support tickets in the order they come in
- Low priority bugs
