ST. PAUL, MN –iProduction was selected by Ohio-based October Research Corporation to provide Internet systems and services for The Legal Description, a bi-weekly industry journal covering real estate legal and legislative news.

The Legal Description site offers complete issues, an interactive events calendar, issue archives, and advanced text search features. Access to the site is provided free of charge to print subscribers. Subscriptions to the Web site only are sold separately. The site also offers pay-per-view article access for non-subscribers.

Stephen Laliberte, president of iProduction, said October Research Corporation is among a growing number of industry journal publishers who have chosen to enhance their print properties with a robust Web site. “The Legal Description has carved out a good niche in print, and the publisher has migrated that success to the Web,” Laliberte said. “This will be a successful site because of its higher-value content and because professional audiences like to use the Web to get news.”

"We are very pleased to be working with iProduction's online publishing system for The Legal Description," said Renee Becker, senior editor at October Research. "Already, our subscribers are commenting on the efficiency and attractiveness of the new site. We look forward to more positive feedback from our subscribers and are very pleased with the results,” she added.
