The Newsletter and Electronic Publishers Association will host its Winter Conference February 21 through 24, 2003, at the The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Rose Hall, Jamaica.

Registration is limited to 20 NEPA members. Attendees must be publishers or key staffers responsible for a minimum of $500,000 of business annually. The conference moderator will be James B. Flanagan, chairman of HCPro, a Marblehead, MA-based company that provides information and resources for healthcare providers.

The Ritz-Carlton is located on a secluded stretch of beach in the exclusive Rose Hall plantation area of Montego Bay. The resort has an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, a full-service Spa, a variety of water sports and recreational activities, and great restaurants. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport.
