Warren Group Builds Commercial Record on iProduction Systems

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ST. PAUL, MN - iProduction was selected by The Warren Group of Boston, Massachusetts, to provide Internet publishing systems and services for The Commercial Record (www.commercialrecord.com). The Commercial Record is the leading publication for senior executives in the real estate, banking, and mortgage industries in Connecticut. A weekly publication, The Commercial Record covers Connecticut real estate and financial news and abstracts of public records, such as deeds, mortgatges, tax leins, bankruptcies, forclosures, and new corporations. The Commercial Record readers are generally owners and senior executives at real estate, banking, and financial companies. The paid circulation is more than 2,100. The publication has been in print since 1882.

iProduction president Stephen M. Laliberte said multi-title publishers like The Warren Group will become the great beneficiaries of Internet publishing over time. "Once a publisher gets good at deploying their print titles over the Web, and they start making a little money, they can look for ways to build efficiencies," Laliberte said. "It's much easier to grow when your costs are under control and you know what works on the Web."

The Commercial Record Web subscribers receive complete weekly issues of the publication plus real estate and credit records and a searchable archive database of articles and records. A one-year web subscription to The Commercial Record Web site is $79.95. A one-year subscription to the print edition is $219. Print subscribers receive discounts for subscribing online.
