By Steve Horton FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ST. PAUL, MN November 24, 2003 Falls Publishing of Charlottesville, Virginia has selected iProduction to provide Internet publishing systems and services for The Virginia Economic Development Review. The new VEDR site is located at www.virginiaedreview.com. The iProduction Internet Publishing System provides complete content management, site search, site reporting, and full e-commerce applications in addition to site host services for VEDR. The site enables site visitors to subscribe online and gain instant access to the publication. VEDR offers subscribers two different versions of the newsletter Web or print. Both carry the same editorial. A one-year Web & print combo subscription is $227. A one-year print-only subscription is $180. VEDR also offers 2-week free trial subscriptions. The Internet Publishing System processes all VEDR online subscription transactions and makes same-day merchant account deposits. The system uses VeriSign Payflow Pro to facilitate processing. The system also enables VEDR to process subscriptions received offline (via telephone, fax, or in-person) using a virtual terminal. A virtual terminal is a secure Web page accessed by the site administrator to input transaction data such as the subscription type, credit card brand, cardholder name, number, expiration date, and e-mail address.
